A combination of several different 1er Cru plots within the Cotes de Nuit commune of Morey St.-Denis. Grown on soils of clay & limestone and fermented in stainless steel tanks, using naturally occurring yeast. Aged in 50% new and 50% one year old French barrique for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
