Description

Vineyard notes: "The domain owns two parcels within the Clos de Bèze; the larger one is in the upper part of the appellation. Here the soil is stony and has a high limestone content. At the top of the Clos there is a predominance of Bathonien calcerous clay; half-way down this turns to crinodial limestone and marl from the Bajocian age. The stones are spread out unevenly."
